Description

The purpose of this commission is to create financial policy, help speed up the Legislative Council by modifying bills to more appropriate forms based on financial policy, and to provide a voice of fiscal responsibility in the Legislative Council. Each year this commission prepares the budget for the Residence Hall Association and the finanical policies associated with the budget. The commission also reviews every bill presented to the Legislative Council and makes recommendations for amendments and passage or failure of the bill based solely on financial aspects of the bill.
