:: Judicial Branch ::

The Judicial Branch is comprised of the Chief Justice and 6 Judicial Board Members. The Judicial Branch has several functions. It resolves disputes between other RHA branches and hall councils, provides a board which one can appeal housing disciplinary measures to, and to serve as the Institute Judicial Board in cases involving Code of Conduct violations IF the sanction is for less or equal to removal from housing. The chief justice also presides over hearings in which an RHA officer is being removed.
