Residence Hall Improvement Committee (RHIC) -Application- Parul Kapur, vp@rha.gatech.edu
- The Residence Hall Improvement Committee shall:
- Coordinate all facilities and maintenance concerns of the residents;
- Be responsible for assisting the organization in representing the residents to Auxiliary Services, the Department of Housing, and the Georgia Institute of Technology Department of Facilities;
- Coordinate lobbying efforts for capital improvements on behalf of the residents;
- Coordinate any capital improvements funded, in part or in full, buy the organization;
- Be responsible for other tasks as directed by the Vice President.
Public Relations Chair - Grant McFerrin, doc@rha.gatech.edu
- The Public Relations Committee shall:
- Coordinate the publicity efforts surrounding all organizational events and programs;
- Assist individual Hall Councils or groups of Hall Councils in their publicity efforts;
- Assist the President in protecting and promoting the image of the organization;
- Make certain that the organization is given credit as arranged in the case of any sponsorship of other organizations;
- Be responsible for other tasks as specified by the Director of Communications.
Elections Committee Chair -Application - Elliot Mork, president@rha.gatech.edu
- The Elections Committee shall:
- Through the chair, preside over the Legislative Council meeting throughout the elections process;
- Be responsible for the overall operations of the elections process;
- Propose policies concerning elections to Legislative Council;
- Set the schedule of elections, provided that new officers are elected by the third meeting after Spring Break and installed before the end of the Spring semester.
